Natacha, a seven year old girl, attends our church. She currently lives with her father, mother, and 5 siblings in a one-room house. Besides one sister, her other siblings have different fathers. Neither of her parents have jobs, so there is little money at home and Natacha would not have the opportunity to go to school. However, because she is sponsored through ChildCare Plus Haiti, she is able to attend school. In June 2003, she was finishing 1st grade.

There are many children, like Natacha, who would not be able to receive an education if it weren't for sponsors. Because of the great need for education in this country, we opened a branch of the already existing PAOC ChildCare Plus sponsorship program in Haiti.
